for current students
Advanced registration for current CSM students runs April 15 - April 27th, 2019.
During April 15-27, CSM administration enrolls current students into lesson times for the 2019-2020 school year. This process takes up to four weeks to complete as we work with many families to find their perfect schedule. The CSM schedule opens to the public on May 1 for new registrations.
For the 2019-2020 school year, CSM is migrating our private lesson and program management to Wellnessliving.com. This is a well-used platform and many clients may already have accounts on Wellnessliving from fitness or yoga classes. If you already have an account, you can register for CSM programs, view your upcoming classes and payments, and manage your account information using your existing login information. If you are creating an account for the first time, it is a quick and easy process.
Here’s what you need to do:
Online registration procedure:
Fill out your preferences for next year’s lessons for you and your family using the re-registration form button below.
CSM administration will be in communication with you via email to confirm your lesson times.
You will be sent a lesson booking confirmation email between May and July along with your invoice and payment schedule through Wellnessliving.com.
Pay your registration fee using the “Store Feature” in Wellnessliving by adding the Registration fee to your cart.
How are students placed in the schedule?
Students keeping their current lesson times and instructors are placed first in the schedule in order to establish the spaces available for students who are requesting time changes.
Students who are requesting lesson time changes are accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.
New family members of current CSM families receive priority after current students are placed.
The schedule will open up to new students and families to CSM on May 1.
Will my instructor have the same teaching schedule next year?
Many of our instructors will be maintaining the same teaching schedule for the 2019-2020 school year and some are adding more teaching time to their schedules. We have asked our teachers to notify their students of any changes to their teaching schedule. If your instructor is leaving Chinook School of Music, we will communicate different options for you including keeping your current lesson time with a new teacher.
If I do not register during the advanced registration period what happens?
Students who do not register during the advanced registration period risk losing their current instructor, lesson day and time.
