Auditions are now open for the 2024-2025 Indie Performance Program. An audition is required to register for this program, and there is a cap on the number of students accepted into the program each year. $499 (does not include accompaniment fees)
Attendance Policy:
Attendance is key to each student’s success in this program. Students cannot exceed more than 3 missed classes/performances per year otherwise they will forfeit their place in Indie and a refund will not be available.
Pre-Requisite:
Students must be aged 15+. 2023-2024 spring auditions are now open for registration using the book now tab on your Wellnessliving account.
Co-Requisite:
Students must be enrolled in private vocal lessons at Chinook School of Music unless permission has been granted by the program instructor.
Accompanist Requirements:
Students who are not accompanying themselves in performances may require an accompanist at an additional charge to the student. Accompanist fees are outlined at the time of registration in the program.
Indie Performance Refund Policy:
One month's written notice is required to withdraw from this class to receive a refund for the balance of the term. All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee. Refunds and credits are not provided for student absences. No refunds will be issued after May 1 for the remainder of the school year. Any classes canceled by an instructor will be made up at the end of the session.
