Learn how to enjoy and make the most of your moment in the spotlight!
Michelle will lead vocalists in exercises on how to walk, speak, annunciate and and use body language to elevate self esteem and confidence. Participants will learn how to dilute stressful moments by using breath and body exercises. Take away exercises will be provided that can be used over and over in vocal performances, presentations and many more moments in life.
