Alexa Jobs

Alexa’s love of singing, acting, music and the arts has been a big focus in her life since she was very young. She is currently attending Central Memorial High School in the Performing Arts Program where she is immersed in learning new and innovative techniques in acting, singing and performing. Last summer, Alexa was honoured to be accepted and attend a broadway intensive program at the Open Jar Institute in New York City. Alexa has been a vocal student at Chinook School of Music for over 5 years and also attends the Indie Performance class. She performs in as many local theatre performances that her studies allow, including: She has performed in elementary, middle and high school performances as well as with local Theatre Companies which include Front Row Centre Players, Storybook Theatre, Morpheus Theatre, Untold Stories Theatre, and Imagine Performing Arts. Notable lead roles include Carrie from ‘CARRIE The Musical’, Mrs. Potts from ‘Beauty and the Beast JR’, Fiona from ‘Shrek the Musical JR’, Cinderella from ‘Into the Woods JR’ and Karen Smith from ‘Mean Girls’ the musical. When Alexa was 11, she had the honour of getting her first job as Meg, understudy in ‘Everest’ with the Calgary Opera at the Jubilee Auditorium. Alexa loves listening to and performing all genres of music - especially singing along to Taylor Swift! Additionally, she is playing guitar, ukulele, and piano. Alexa is very much looking forward to working with all of the future performers in this summer’s Chinook School of Music camps

Adelaide Yule

Adelaide Yule has had a passion for music her entire life. She began her music education at Chinook School of Music when she was 3 years old, learning violin for a year. She later went on to study piano before discovering her true love for singing and musical theatre. She’s been taking vocal lessons and studying the guitar for more than 6 years. 


Adelaide has been working at the CSM summer camps for two summers and has found it extremely rewarding. She strives to create an entertaining and fun environment for students in hopes that they find the same love for music as she has!

Elizabeth Misutka

Lizzie Misutka is a classically trained pianist, singer, actress, and dancer, born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Lizzie has always had a love for music and has been studying and playing classical piano for over two decades. She began her training at the age of 2 studying the Suzuki method. She later switched to Royal Conservatory where she completed the advanced levels, studying under Elizabeth Rebozo and later Charles Foreman. Lizzie has also always had a love for singing. She began singing and competing in choir under the direction of Quan Le, before beginning private lessons. Lizzie completed the advanced Royal Conservatory vocal performance examinations, and studied with Michelle Minke and Dr. Tara Laberge. Lizzie pursued her love for music and performing at a higher level, studying theatre, dance, and music at the Randolph College for the Performing Arts in Toronto (‘20). Lizzie is now working toward her Bachelor of Arts Honors in Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of Calgary.

Sarah Yee

Sarah was raised in Calgary and from a young age has had a passion for music. She grew up learning to play the piano and eventually expanded her field to include concert band and string orchestra as well as chamber music. She regularly attends festivals, recitals, and musical gatherings such as the Alberta Piano Teachers Association Festival and Calgary Classical Piano meetups. In addition to the work Sarah does throughout the year, she annually attends CASSA Piano Camp and Lethbridge Piano Intensive in the summertime in order to further develop her musical skills.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys travelling and weightlifting. She believes that everybody deserves to experience the joy of music and brings that philosophy to life through her teaching.
