Annual Performance Opportunities

At Chinook School of Music we believe that performing is essential to building a strong foundation for musical growth. That’s why we offer a variety of performance and educational opportunities from intimate masterclasses to full-scale recitals where students can perform, receive feedback and develop as confident, capable musicians.

Performance Masterclass Series

The Performance Masterclass Series provides an opportunity for participants to perform a musical selection and receive constructive feedback with a focus on technique, interpretation and stage presence. These sessions take place in an intimate, supportive setting, giving students a chance to gain confidence and experience in performing. The series is open to all ages and levels from beginner to advanced and is held in late fall and early spring.

Spring Recitals

Spring recitals held in June each year, are a highlight of the school year, giving students the chance to showcase their hard work and dedication to friends and family. Performances take place in a theatre with a full production team.
