Mock examinations are available for piano, voice, and violin students. An effective assessment tool, these examinations provide a goal for students to work towards and are successfully used for RCM examination preparation.
Chinook School of Music mock examinations are set up to simulate an actual Royal Conservatory of Music exam with the exception that a mark is not given. Students are provided with written feedback in each area of the exam. Verbal feedback is provided at the end of the session. Tips are given to each student on how they can further advance their technique and musical artistry.
Mock examinations are available online or in-person.

Rates:
$40.00 Levels Prep A & B - 30 minutes
$60.00 Levels 1 & 2 - 45 minutes
$80.00 Level 3-7 - 60 minutes
$100.00 Level 8-10 - 75 minutes
*This fee does not include accompanists for vocal and violin students. Accompanist fees are paid directly to the accompanist. Students may also use accompaniment tracks instead of a live accompanist.
