oyful, Upbeat, Positive, Encouraging are all words used by students and parents to describe their lessons with Eva. With a Masters degree in teaching from the Conservatory of Brno, Czech Republic as well as degrees in music pedagogy and psychology, Eva brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her teaching. She has performed extensively throughout Europe and Western Canada as both a soloist and accompanist and is well known for her musical artistry.

Eva is dedicated to keeping her students engaged in music as they grow from children to young adults. She takes delight in finding the "right" music and genres to quench her students' musical tastes whether it is a trending pop song, a jazz standard or classical Beethoven. This versatility appeals to Eva's students, young and old as does her ability to help students break down musical challenges and problem solve solutions. In this way, Eva helps her students continually achieve success.

Eva's gracious demeanor, her abundant smiles and her winsome personality are appreciated by her colleagues and students alike.

When not engaged in music, Eva can be found leading hiking expeditions in the mountains or carving out new trails on her cross country skis.
